Hi

I am trying to push varnish to our live server but keep getting this error

Assert error in start_child(), mgt_child.c line 388:
Condition(open("/dev/null", O_RDONLY) == STDIN_FILENO) not true.
errno = 13 (Permission denied)
child (18395) Started
Pushing vcls failed: CLI communication error
Stopping Child
200 0

I am running a ubuntu virtual server, using openVZ. Any ideas on what
could be the issue?

This is specific to OpenVZ (you can get the same problem with
/dev/random), have a look here on how to recreate your /dev/null device:
