I don't know if others did struggle on this as well, but it took me some
time to realize that esi processing doesn't work if the backend sends
gzipped content.
At lease I hope this assumption is correct - if so, could you please
extend the documentation for that matter (http://www.varnish-
cache.org/trac/wiki/ESIfeatures).
Also, if it is possible, could you please suggest how one could use esi
AND gzipped content?
