customizing trac logo

Hello,

I'm attempting to customize the logo of my trac site.

I've set the following settings
in /usr/local/svn/repos/my-trac/conf/trac.ini

[header_logo]
alt = 'Trac System'
width = 100
height = 100
link =
src = trac/logo-fireguy.png

I've attempted to use the following file:

[root [at] clou:~] #ls -lh /usr/local/svn/repos/jf-trac/htdocs/logo-fireguy.png
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 29K Aug 11 13:42
/usr/local/svn/repos/my-trac/htdocs/logo-fireguy.png

But for some reason I get a question mark where the logo should appear.
I've also tried using the absolute path to the file in the config. But no
luck.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Much appreciated.

Tim

As I just replied on IRC too, the correct setting is:

src = site/logo-fireguy.png
