Thanks Steffen. I came up empty handed as well but thought I would ask in case I wasn't searching properly. My only concern is trying to figure out how to do an include without having to edit the virtual host. Once a change and restart happens, whatever edits I make will disappear.

From a quick web research I've learned, that cPanel is a powerful
proprietary system management platform. I've see 3rd party activities
especially about Trac + SVN , but these are dating back to 2008. The
current application catalog  gives nothing on keyword "Trac", so I
guess, there's just no support for installing Trac this way.
This doesn't mean, you can't install it another way .
