Possible to render diffs inline in comments?

I can see on TracLinks page that markup like this: diff:trunk/
trac [at] 353//sandbox/vc-refactoring [at] 353
will render as a link that takes you to the diff viewer. Is there a
way to have the diff rendered directly inline in ticket comments, wiki
pages, etc.?
