Umm, how can we assist you?
Please provide more information. For example, what versions of trac and subversion, on what platform(s)? What is the content of the hook script? Trac does not modify the hook scripts for you so what did you change and why? What have you tried and how did it not work?

All I can tell you is that the hook script thought the directory did not exist...
