Any success story on integrating trac with TSVN to update trac tickets?

I have installed/uninstalled trac for nearly 10 times in last 2 weeks,
but I was not able to updates trac tickets work when commit my working
copy though I installed xmlrpc and httpauth plugins. My operating
system is windows server 2008. I tried trac 0.11.6 using mod_wsgi with
apache, Python 2.6 once, then I tried BitNami Trac Stack all in one
system(trac 0.11.6, python 2.5, using ModPython with apache 2.13)
about 8 times, updating trac tickets when committing is still not
working. I Can anyone share his or her success experience?
Currently I have 3 problems: 1. trac tickets are not updated when
committing. 2. After I enabled accout manager plugin, it logs me in
automatically withou providing user name and password, and I cannot
log out either. 3. I have to set anonymous XML_RPC permission to be
able to link with server through tracExplorer.
I am willing pay a fee for resolving tehse 3 problems. If anyone
interested, please send me email at lyndalijun at gmail.com
Thank you!

security implication? Is it ok to alow anyone have the write
permission to trac database?
Best regards

I'm not sure how to setup the permissions on Windows, but on Linux the
permissions for $ENV/db/trac.db are something like (depending on your
distribution):
