Desktop ticket viewer

Dear,
A have access to multiple trac-managed projects which causes me
difficulty to keep track of every ticket assigned to me.

Is there any desktop tool (application) that allows for a user to
easily and conveniently keep track of their tickets?

I am looking for something that looks like a TODO list for Windows/
Linux platform.

A My Tickets report viewed vis RSS?

+ aggregated RSS feeds using Yahoo Pipes (or any other feed aggregator ;o) ?
