Query to get the evolution of "not closed tickets per week"

Hi all,
I am using Trac for few months for now without any issue. Thanks.
Please, is there a simple way to create a report showing the number of "not closed tickets" weeks per weeks.
It would be useful to know the evolution of the quality for each component.
