not able to access web admin

Hi Everyone,
here is my configuration...
Trac: 0.11.4
Python: 2.6.2 (r262:71605, Apr 14 2009, 22:40:02) [MSC v.1500 32 bit
(Intel)]
setuptools: 0.6c9
SQLite: 3.5.9
pysqlite: 2.4.1
Genshi: 0.5.1
jQuery: 1.2.6
I recently started with trac ...:working:. during this process I granted
TRAC_ADMIN to the anonymous group so that i can configure users via the
account manager plugin... after successfully doing that...I removed the
TRAC_ADMIN from anonymous group from web-admin interface...and granted a
user the TRAC_ADMIN privileges, using web-admin.
Now i restarted my windows service (tracd...) and i log-in using the new
user with trac_admin priveleges and when i click on the admin tab... i am
getting the following error
Warning: <acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper object at 0x00F924F0>
I tried searching through this list...but couldn't find anything similiar...
