"tweak" styles...quick howto?

Hi,

I did a little reading on the trac wiki on the customization section,
and well, it's confusing to me.

Mostly because I just want to do the following:
I have 3 trac sites in our multi-site setup, and often find myself
starting to create a ticket in the wrong project, despite a logo up
top. All are similiar products (related actually), which makes it
even easier to confuse...

How could I "QUCKLY" and "EASILY" change the text in one of the
projects to say, dark green instead of dark red.
and dark blue in the other.
Finally, it might be nice to also add a little watermark to the
background of everything in each project, similar to the trac-hacks
site. I am not sure what css files to edit, what sections of the css
files, and where to put them for each project.

trac 0.11

Thanks in advance

Edit/create the site html file to include you own CSS file, and add
appearance customization into this CSS file.

It's really pretty easy. Just follow that guide and you should be good to go.

ok, so not really quick, or easy.

here is what I am reading
for each site I want to change, I have to create a site.html page,
makes sense.
in each on of those, I need to include my on style sheet. Does it
matter where this file lives?
since I want to change the text color, what would this style sheet
look like?
if I want to do the "add watermark" (i.e., background image) to all
pages, where would that go in a style sheet?

The link is nice, but seems more about working with genshi to inject
things into the site, not customize look and feel, in such a slight
way.

Honestly, based on what I think I am reading here, it would actually
be easier for me to install different site templates by installing the
template plugin(s) so they look different in terms of "easy" and
"quickly" anyway. I know I am sounding lazy here, but in this case, I
really only want to change 1 singe thing, red text (all of it) to
"other color", I don't know css, and this doesn't seem as easy as I
thought. Would it be easier with some sort of editor designed for
that?

Quick and easy, if you know CSS.
