No, the "after-update" case is a bug. I'll try to fix it for 0.11.1.
But for the timeline, it's intentional: when you click on a timeline
entry, you get to the corresponding "event" (focus on a ticket change,
see the corresponding version of a wiki page, etc.). From there, it's
one click to go either to the latest version or to the specific diff
corresponding to that version.
