How to handle the notification bounce email

Hi, All,

Now, our notification is woking file. My questions is when the
notification email is an invalid email address, we can see the error
in SMPT log, but not trac.log even we put log level to debug. How can
we monitor this kind of error from trac and get a bounce email for
this error? We are using trac 0.10.

Thanks.

Bill

Generally the bounce message goes to the From or Reply To address.
Configure one or both of these to go to a mailbox someone checks.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, that what we thought, but after configured the From and Reply, no
bounce email has been received. It is so strange that we can't see any error
in trac.log. Only can see 553 error in SMPT log.

You'll only see error in Trac log if the SMTP server reject the
address by the time Trac posts it.
If the SMTP server silently accepts the email address and delays
delivery address analysis, or if the recipient address is not managed
locally (i.e. w/ the same SMTP server), Trac won't receive any error.
