I'm under Windows SO, and I have Python 2.3 installed. I want to
upgrade to Python 2.4 to use some plugins.
Do I have to upgrade Python before upgrade Trac?
And to upgrade Trac to 0.10.4, Can I just download the msi version and
install? (now, I have a Trac 0.9.4 installed with Python 2.3)
