If you click on the milestone in the "Roadmap"-view, then this milestone should be shown with open/closed tickets (and a status bar) as well as two buttons "Edit milestone info" and "Delete milestone". Does this work? Of course only with TRAC_ADMIN permissions. At least this happens with 0.10.4.
