Trac install problem

Hello,

I just installed Trac using the "quick install" method, here is my
first question:

1- For using the "quick install" do i need to have obligatory
installed Sqlite?

I used the "quick install" without having Sqlite installed and the
instalation process did not send any error.

After the installation i proceed to create an eviroment(i am using
mysql db) but it sended an error, telling me that "mysql is not
supported"

Any idea?

Regards

You would only need to sqlite if you were using sqlite. For MySQL you
need the MySQLDb package. Note, we currently do not recommend using
MySQL to do design flaws in the database engine itself. Use it only if
you have no other option. SQLite is generally fine for small sites,
and there is a scrip available to migrate to postgres if you being
hitting concurrency issues.
