Creating a custom query filtering tickets on current user

Hi All,
I am a new Trac user and am exploring all the possibilities... :-)
I would like to add a query to the start page, that shows all the tickets
belonging to the current user?
I know that the default Custom Query page under View tickets does exactly
this, but how does it do it?
How do I fill in the current user name?
