Restructured text as an alternative to wiki markup

Restructured text is pretty neat, and gaining alot of users around the world.

A (bad?) idea would be to support RST in Trac, possibly in place of Wiki
markup. Both maybe?
One advantage would be having a 'standard' markup, and being able to use the
RST handling+rendering code already available in docutils.

I'm basically just taking notes here after reading up some more on the
details of RST.
