Debugging version of MEMDISK available

Hi all,
I'm experimenting with a hack which I think might make MEMDISK a bit
more reliable in "raw"/"bigraw" modes. However, I haven't decided yet
if it really is something I want to include, but if you have a machine
which has problems running MEMDISK, perhaps you could try it out:
