Help!I have problem in using pxelinux about menu.c32 and vesamenu.c32

Thanks very much for syslinux and pxelinux,they bring me many conveniences.I have problem in some computers.My english is very poor,so i submit in chinese and poor english.First I say sorry!

When I use pxelinux on my computer with sis900 netcard,I have problem.
The problem is: when pxelinux.0 use the config file "default",the computer halt.
I use "DEFAULT vesamenu.c32" and "DEFAULT menu.c32" in the "default " file,the problem occur.
But when I only put "DEFAULT memdisk c=638 h=2 s=18 floppy append initrd=netboot.zip" in the "default" file,the compute boot normally,it can go into net boot dos.
When i use the pxe file (boot menu file) genarated by "3com's boot image editor",my computer work normally.

I think,the problem is :menu.c32 and resamenu.c32 don't work on my computer.And it's not the netcard's error,because if i don't use menu.c32 and vesamenu.c32,it work normally.
I think it's the cpu who cause the problem,perhaps my cpu doesn't work with menu.c32 and vrsamenu.c32.

It's nice if someone can solve my below problem
1.I need a simple menu,simpler than menu.c32,like 3com's pxe file.
2.when pxelinux.0 find configuration file ,after find the file named by mac ,i hope it find the file named by the first 6 bit of the mac,so i can use a same configuration file for the same model net card.
