Hi, all, I'm trying to get srs-socketmapd (v0.32rc3) working under sendmail on FreeBSD. I've followed all the installation instructions. I can see the daemon running using 'ps -ax', the syslog entries seem to indicate all is well, and I've done all the sendmail config steps, including this variant of the HACK in .mc, and rebuilt and restarted sendmail. HACK(srs-socketmapd, local:/var/run/srs-socketmapd.sock, SRS_ALL) However, forwards through the server are still being rejected by the destinations with which I was having trouble previously. A webpage I found (http://srs-socketmap.info/sendmailsrs.htm) provides an example of how to test SRS using 'sendmail -bt', but I don't see the indicated behavior at the second EnvFromSMTP processing step; it just continues using the address as it appeared in earlier steps. I'm at a loss as to how to debug this issue, or even confirm that sendmail is really configured to use the srs-socketmapd system at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. -- ) Craig Berry - http://www.cine.net/~cberry/ =+= "It's our differences (of which there are none) that make ( our sameness so exceptional!" - Principal Skinner, "The Simpsons" ------- To unsubscribe, change your address, or temporarily deactivate your subscription, please go to http://v2.listbox.com/member/?listname=srs-discuss [at] v2
