Re: Something very wrong with my spf record/Me

Hi, I'm trying to figure out what it is you want to accomplish. You have an email server on your host, and want to send email from it. I'm not sure what this email has as a MAIL FROM:, so i'm not sure how to help you here. However, if there is an MAIL FROM present, the HELO is not important. The SPF record from the domain in MAIL FROM is usually used to check the IP of the sending MTA, unless MAIL FROM is empty (which happens when mail is bounced for example) in which case HELO is used. Also, when I do a TXT lookup for smtp.nildram.co.uk, there is no TXT record in the response, so smtp.nildram.co.uk does not publish spf..
