Please check my SPF record

Please check my SPF record

Hello, Can someone be kind enough to double-check this SPF record? My domain
is a-la-carte-australia-tours.com <http://www.a-la-carte-europe-tours.com/> and
the SPF record is "v=spf1 include:customer-spf.mxes.net
a:smtp.cotse.net-all" ; I send mail using exclusively either
tuffmail.com or cotse.net email services. Tuffmail's recommendation is to
use include:customer-spf.mxes.net ; so no problem there. All mail sent
through Cotse is via smtp.cotse.net . Test emails sent to GMail validate OK.
The tests on http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html seem to agree with
my record as well. Is that all OK?

If it validates, that is about all we can verify. You have to
determine if it covers all the servers sending outgoing mail for your
domain.
