Confused

Hi!

I'm a bit confused. Is it the internal IP or the IP I got from my ISP i use in the SPF record ?

The public IP address of your mail server(s). That's the one
used when it communicates with other mail servers.

You need to use the public IP of the device that sends out your emails.
