Need help with creating SPF record

Hello,
When I try to use the SPF setup wizard to create our SPF record, it
keeps using our website's public IP address 216.138.203.132 and asking
if that server sends mail from caea.com. I can't get it to use our email
server's public IP address of 216.138.203.130.
We only have two MX records (mailto.caea.com and mail.caea.com), but the
wizard thinks we have three MX records. The email-server.caea.com is
used by EHLO and is not an MX record. I don't know how to correct the
wizard.

I have read the "Common mistakes when creating an SPF record" but I'm
still unclear about how to create an SPF record.
