Hi Richard,

I forwarded your e-mail to the spf-help list; please reply there.

As I said, each domain would have its own SPF record. You can set this up for customers if you obtain a list of mail servers that each uses. You should read the FAQ below, and specific FAQs like:

If you would continue to provide authoritative DNS for their domain, you/they would need to update their SPF record to cover any new mail server(s).

SPF is not required, but it is a way to help prevent others from sending mail using your domain.
