New to list

Hi there

We are an ISP having issues with SPF

We host domains for people and our actual mail server is hosted with WCG

When we receive mail for the domains in our office it then gets
forwarded to our mail server hosted at WCG

domain users are getting their email rejected due to SPF because the
SENDER of the mail has an SPF record that says only they can send the
mail...when we need to forward it on to an actual mailbox and not
their domain email it is sent to.

Does anyone know how we get around this issue?

It sounds like you are accepting mail as an MX for these other
domains and then forwarding on the mail. See:

WCG needs to whitelist your server against SPF checks and not do SPF on relayed mail.
