relay and spf on sendmail

Hi,
I'm trying to make a client out of my network to send the email through
my smtp server.
I'm using sendmail+spf-milter.
This is my TXT record
v=spf1 a ip4:200.97.19.138 -all
I can't make the mail pass.
The ip of my client is on relay-domains, but it only works if the ip is
on the whitelist.
What am I doing wrong?
