Some of the Errata have a "Reported by" credit. It would be nice if we
could add that to as many as possible. I reported the %v macro and SPF
example syntax errata. I seem to recall that someone at the jSPF project
reported the greedy unknown modifier. The empty exp= arose from an
argument over the test suite, in which I assumed solution 1. I don't
recall the origin of the others, but perhaps someone does.
