Preparing a 2007.05 release of the RFC 4408 test-suite

Hi all,
I'd like to get a new release of the RFC 4408 test-suite[1] out as soon as
possible. There have been quite a few additions (restrictions) since
2007.11, most of them by Stuart. Please review the new changelog[2] that I
made and raise any objections not later than coming Wednesday 2007-05-30.
If no well-founded objections come up, I am going to make the new release
as is.
