I'm not sure, but what I understand is that 6.74% is % of "valid domains".
I think "valid domains" is not a "Valid SPF domain" but a domain that
exists, have DNS records etc...

Valid (January) - 2,294,553 (6.19%) ( April: 2,497,026 6.74%)
Invalid (January) - 34,775,337 (93.81%)
Total - 37,069,890 domains
The link from Frank say:
"This brings the SPF total up to 188,330 domains."
So I would say that we have an SPF adoption of:
(188,330 x 100) / 2,497,026 = 7,54 %
Not too far from 6,74% but better ;)
I didn't expect this not so bad number :)
Or may be I am wrong and I forgot something somewhere ?
