Delivering quarantined messages to original recipient

Hello,
Been trying to figure this one out for quite a while.
We don't get many false positives, but when we do, i would like to be able
to send the message on its way to the original intended recipient. Is there
a convenient way to do this?
The mail server is set up according to qmailrocks.org (now defunct it
seems).
All quarantined spam is located at /var/spool/qmailscan/spam/new
any help would be appreciated. i can provide more detailed info re
setup/config or logs, etc.
