3.3.0 spamd using tcpwrappers?

Only observed so far on Debian lenny though, can't reproduce it on
CentOS 4 or 5, nor Debian etch.
Anyone else met up with this? I *really* don't want to have to maintain
IP access lists for spamd in two places (spamd init script and hosts.allow).
