Having massmailers in 25_uribl.cf prevents local URI zones from being queried.
If required these massmailers get enough bonus points from certification
services via DNSBLs + DKIM/SPF rules.
the concept of having them as uridnsbl_skip_domain to avoid URI BLs load is
obsolete as their traffic is peanuts compared to the bot fodder.
