example ham that MIME_BASE64_TEXT catches

Note that I've changed the names/addresses and altered the Subject,
Thread-Topic, and thread-index headers to preserve privacy. Otherwise, though,
I've kept the formatting of the message intact.

suggested patch

The simplest way I can think of to fix the problem is to patch MIMEEval.pm to
exempt gb2312 (in addition to utf-8 and big5) from the MIME_BASE64_TEXT test.
