Backup a queue question

I need to backup everything in 2 queues but nothing else. I'm a database
...... well I'm poor at it. I've looked through
site:bestpractical.com (keywords)
but not really found anything on single queues.
Is this possible?

If not I can take a full dump and delete all the queues but need assurances
that the queues and tickets I delete are purged.

Thanks for you help!
