RT is not accepting UpdateCc argument on reply

Hi,
my problem is, that RT doesn't accept the UpdateCc Argument via the
input line if I reply to a ticket. If I add people via the "People" page
as CC, everything is fine, but OneTime-CCs are not used.
This may be a bug in RT, hopefully not. Please help.
