Public queue access?

Is there a good way to allow J. Random User to view the queues? I'm not
seeing one in RT 1.0, will there be something for this in 2.0?

This comes up every so often....

The only way is to create a 'guest' user with no real privlidges aside from
viewing ability and have them log in using that guest account..
