Sendmail errors

sh: rt-mailgate not available for sendmail programs
554 "|/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate ehire correspond"... Service unavailable

My aliases file has:

ip-rt: "|/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate ip correspond"

And the permissions on the rt files are from a fresh RT 1.0.3 installation

Your sendmail is configured to use smrsh, and you haven't added rt-mailgate
to smrsh's list of acceptable programs.
