Hello

Dear friends I need your help. Version RT 3.6.3
I have problem sending notification for comments and when ticked is
close. When I'm logged as stuff to service queue, notification dont be
send to requestor (when ticked is created auto-reply is send). My rights
on queue:
CommentOnTicket
CreateTicket
DeleteTicket
ModifyTicket
OwnTicket
ReplyToTicket
SeeQueue
ShowOutgoingEmail
ShowTicket
ShowTicketComments
StealTicket
TakeTicket
Watch
WatchAsAdminCc
When I log as root notification are send.

I don't know where is the problem.

Marek,

Are you the requestor when notifications don't get sent? If so, check on the
wiki for NotifyActor.
