new Version of ExtractCustomFields (multi value cfs)

Hello,
the new Version of ExtractCustomFields can be found under
<http://page.mi.fu-berlin.de/~pape/rt3/ExtractCustomFieldValues.tgz>.
Thanks to a suggestion of Stephen Turner, MIT, it now has some support for
multi value cfs:
If the targeted cf is multi valued and the matched string is a comma
separated list, each item of the list becomes a separate value.
Pleas give me feedback, since I do not use this feature here (so testing
was minimal).
