|
|
Hi, Here is my problem: my machine is named : support. this machine is seen as support.domaine.com When i'm trying to send mail i've got messages like : Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21968]: i6C4u1K21968: to=., delay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=0, dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21968]: i6C4u1K21968: from=root, size=48, class=0, nrcpts=2, msgid=200407120456.i6C4u1K21968 [at] support> , relay=root [at] localhos Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21971]: i6C4u1K21968: to=sivan.deray [at] free, ctladdr=root (0/0), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=60048, relay=mailsw.domaine.com. [172.16.30.20], dsn=5.7.1, stat=Service unavailable Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21971]: i6C4u1K21968: i6C4u1J21971: DSN: Service unavailable Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21971]: i6C4u1J21971: to=root, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=30148, dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent Every outgoing email are relayed to mailsw.domaine.com The problem is that for the ISP (here FREE) i'm seen like ROOT [at] SUPPORT and SUPPORT.DOMAINE.COM is an unknown subdomain. I tried to changed the outgoing domaine name from root [at] support to ticket [at] domaine, it seems not change anything apart for some isp that do not check for the validity of the incoming domane name.
