[Sendmail] mail delivery problem

Hi,
Here is my problem:
my machine is named : support.
this machine is seen as support.domaine.com
When i'm trying to send mail i've got messages like :
Jul 12 06:56:01 support sendmail[21968]: i6C4u1K21968: to=.,
delay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=0, dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown

xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=60048, relay=mailsw.domaine.com.

Every outgoing email are relayed to mailsw.domaine.com
The problem is that for the ISP (here FREE) i'm seen like
ROOT [at] SUPPORT and SUPPORT.DOMAINE.COM is an unknown
subdomain.
I tried to changed the outgoing domaine name from
root [at] support to ticket [at] domaine, it seems not change
anything apart for some isp that do not check for the validity of the
incoming domane name.
