As far as I know, migrating accounts to Wikia isn't actually possible.
Everyone is welcome to sign up again, or contribute as an anonymous user.

Hopefully the name wiki-archive.bestpractical.com and the Read Only
notice when you try to edit a page make it clear enough, but I'll look
into adding a banner when I have a free moment.
