RT-Extension-LDAPImport patches

Please find enclosed a series of four patches that incrementally improve
(imho :) ) the rtldapimport tool. This is the first time I've submitted
patches upstream via diffs, and it's also my first time using git and stgit,
so apologies if I messed something up or broke convention somehow.

The goal of my changes was to set up rtldapimport as a tool that could
silently import identies from multiple LDAP (Active Directory in my specific
case) sources into an RT instance, and to do so in such a way I could run it
out of cron nightly or weekly and just forget about it.

Thanks for your time and consideration. Feedback/constructive criticism
welcomed.

These look fairly reasonable. Kevin is nose-down on client work, but
asked me to thank you for them. If you can resend the same message to
bug-rt-extension-ldap-import [at] rt, that will get them properly
tracked so he can't escape them when he comes up for air.

Best,
Jesse
