[PATCH] Update MyDay to include LastUpdated and TimeWorked

I usually have many open tickets.. and I like to go over them at the
end of the day to see when I last updated (if at all today) and if I
did, update it with respect to knowing how much time I've put in
already. This is for off-the-cuff time estimates. I hope somebody
else can use it.
