Hello all,
I was about to describe here how I did the notifications in my RT
instance, including an ugly patch, but I created instead a wiki page
for this. I'd be glad to have your opinion, patch optimization, etc...
After a couple of month, it works very well and it really changed our
life :-) No more email duplicates...
