[PATCH] Inserting blanks into custom search formats
|
|
Hi, One of our users was customising his search preferences, and wanted to add a <blank> into the output format. One already exists in the default format, but it doesn't appear in the Available Columns list. With a saved search, you can work around this in the advanced view, however you don't have that option in your preferences for search formats. I'd have thought this would be a common requirement, so I've created a patch (attached) against 3.8.2. It seems to be a case of adding '<blank>' to the list of standard available columns. I'm running it on our system and it seems to not cause any problems, though I haven't studied the code too hard.
