rt cli is failing for rt 3.8.2

/opt/rt3/bin/rt list -t ticket "queue='syshelp' and status !='resolved' and
owner='nobody'"
Query:queue='syshelp' and status !='resolved' and owner='nobody'
Strong encryption not available, switched off by externalauth=0
Password will be sent to localhost unencrypted
Press CTRL-C now if you do not want to continue
Password:
rt: Server error: Not Found (404)

The password works find through GUI

my unix login is mathces. So that is not a problem.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
