Hi Torsten
good news:
we don't need to hack FCGI.pm in the latest version in svn :)
but just let you know, it's in FCGI.pm:
try to find 'sub FILENO', you'll see.
if can't find it, you can simply just add the following line manually:
sub FILENO { return -2 };
