Those would be incomplete features :/
I suspect that the EditUserComments one is just an incorrect URL, but the
attachment viewing is as-yet unwritten. (A first cut implementation should
take less than an hour)

As I sit here alone looking at green text on a laptop in a mostly bare room listening
to loud music wearing all black, I realize that that it is much less cool in real life :)
